Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of EMERGE VIDEOGRAPHY LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 4 June 2014 at 11.05am.
We fix 16 July 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
