Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

We, Andrew James Bethell and James Henry Greenway, chartered accountants of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by the High Court at Auckland on 6 June 2014 at 10.07am.

Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that as joint and several liquidators of the above-named company, I fix 25 July 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993
(as amended), or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
