Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 30 May 2014, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that REX MASTERS FARMS LIMITED be liquidated and that Stewart Scott Russell, chartered accountant of Kaitaia, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 30 May 2014.
The company is solvent with few liabilities. There are sufficient assets to meet all liabilities. Unless requested, no creditors' meeting will be held.
