Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Rowan John Chapman and Amanda-Jane Atkins, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named solvent company by a special resolution of shareholders on 29 May 2014 at 10.30am.
