PHOENIX GLUTEN FREE PRODUCTS LIMITED
(in liquidation) was placed into liquidation by the creditors of the company, pursuant to section 239ABA(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 27 May 2014 at 12.42pm at
the watershed meeting of creditors to determine the company's future.
Craig Alexander Sanson and Colin Thomas McCloy are the appointed joint and several liquidators of the company.
We fix 4 July 2014 as the day by which the creditors of
the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
