Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 283(8) of the Companies Act 1993
Henry David Levin, insolvency specialist, replaced Digby John Noyce as liquidator of PFS (2013) LIMITED
(in liquidation) on 21 May 2014 at 3.00pm.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidator has fixed 27 June 2014 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
