Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 23 May 2014, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that HEREFORD HAVEN LIMITED be liquidated and that Daryl Peter Bonney, chartered accountant of Tauranga, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 23 May 2014.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator of HEREFORD HAVEN LIMITED (in liquidation) has fixed 5.00pm on 27 June 2014, as the time and date by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
