Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 7 May 2014, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that J MILLICHAMP & SONS LIMITED be liquidated and that David Peter Fisher, chartered accountant of Ashburton, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 8 May 2014.
