On 20 May 2014 at 11.00am, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that R. J. WILTON INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) be voluntarily wound up and that Richard John Sissons, of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.
