Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, the incorporated society held a meeting on Monday
12 May 2014 where Bruce Allen Dring and Haydn Keith Hughes were appointed joint and several liquidators of the incorporated society.
The liquidation commenced on 16 May 2014 at 4.00pm.
It is not intended to call a meeting of creditors, the executive committee having passed a resolution of solvency.
The liquidators fix 6 June 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the incorporated society are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.
