Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 31 March 2012, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that NELSON FISHERIES LIMITED be liquidated and that Allan de Reeper, chartered accountant of Blenheim, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 31 March 2012.
