Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of METALTECH INDUSTRIES 2002 LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 May 2014 at 10.28am.
We fix 30 June 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
