Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant of Auckland, and Jeremy Michael Morley, chartered accountant of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of ADTRACTION MARKETING LIMITED (in liquidation) in place of Damien Grant and Steven Khov.
The liquidation commenced on 11 April 2014 by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, and Colin Thomas McCloy and Jeremy Michael Morley were appointed replacement liquidators on 9 May 2014 at 3.59pm by a creditors' resolution, under section 243(6) of the Act, and confirmed by the High Court at Wellington.
We fix 23 June 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
