Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that CARPE DIEM CONTRACTING LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 2 May 2014 to be put into liquidation.
Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 2 May 2014 at 12.00 midday.
