Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 and Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 29 April 2014 at 7.20pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the members, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that PETONE BOWLING CLUB INCORPORATED be put in liquidation and that Michael Eric Gould, solicitor of Lower Hutt, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidator has fixed 20 June 2014 as the last day for creditors to make a claim in accordance with section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Creditors who have not made a claim by that time will be excluded from any distribution of the society's assets.
