Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims
On 5 May 2014, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that COMPLETE BUILDING & RE-CLADS LIMITED
be liquidated and that Barry White and Mike Fisher, of Auckland, be appointed liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on 5 May 2014 at 2.30pm.
The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 13 June 2014.
