Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On 30 April 2014, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SENECA PROPERTIES LIMITED be liquidated
and that James Gregory Eden, chartered accountant of
New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 30 April 2014 at 12.00 midday.
