the Companies Act 1993, that Kelera Nayacakalou was appointed liquidator of PAUANUI MOUNTAIN ESTATE LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of shareholders on 11 April 2014 at 3.00am.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 30 May 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
