Jeremy Morley and John Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ALICETOWN BUILDERS & PROJECT MANAGEMENT LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 28 April 2014 at 10.44am.
We fix Friday 30 May 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
