Take notice that AOTEAROA DISTILLERS LIMITED
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 7 April 2014 to be put into liquidation.
Robert Bruce Walker was appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 7 April 2014 at 10.52am.
The liquidator hereby fixes 30 May 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to their distribution.
