Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act")

On 12 March 2014, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, that LTN HOLDINGS LIMITED be put into liquidation
and that Paul Alexander Glass, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 12 March 2014 at 9.30am.
The liquidator does hereby fix 30 May 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make
their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
Creditors and shareholders may direct enquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
