David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Colin Thomas McCloy, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ARAI KORP LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993,
on 4 April 2014 at 10.45am.
We fix 16 May 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
