Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 16 April 2014 at 9.20am, it was resolved by special resolution of the trustees, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Y2Y TRUST be liquidated and that Imran Kamal, certified practising accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
