Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a), of the Companies Act 1993
On 1 April 2014, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that POPLAR DAIRY LIMITED be voluntarily liquidated and that Aaron Allred, chartered account of Ashburton, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 1 April 2014 at 10.00am.
