Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 24 March 2014, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that HAINES HOMES LIMITED be liquidated and that Amanda Mary Murray, chartered accountant of Te Kuiti, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 24 March 2014 at 3.00pm.
