Notice to Creditors to Claim
Jeremy Michael Morley, of Wellington, and Grant David McQuoid, of New Plymouth, both chartered accountants,
were appointed joint and several liquidators of HUKAROA FARMING COMPANY LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Whanganui, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 13 December 2013 at 10.24am.
We fix 20 January 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
