Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidator
Notice is given, pursuant to section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that on 7 April 2014 at 4.30pm, Damien Grant, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed as liquidator in the place of Kirsten Smith, who has resigned from her position as liquidator of the above-named companies.
Damien Grant and Steven Khov are now the joint and several liquidators of the companies.
Notices of the resignation and joint appointment have been filed with the Registrar of Companies.
