Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Tony Wayne Pattison, of Napier, and John Howard Ross Fisk, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of INSULATE NATURALLY LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Napier, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 4 April 2014 at 10.00am.
We fix 4 May 2014 as the day by which the creditors of
the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
