The above-named solvent companies were placed into liquidation by special resolutions of shareholders dated the 31st day of March 2014 at 2.00pm, on the basis that
the reasons for which the companies were incorporated have now passed.
Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Kevin David Pitfield was appointed sole liquidator pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Act, the liquidator does not intend calling a meeting of creditors on the basis that the companies are solvent, the directors having passed a resolution to that effect.
However, should any creditor require that a meeting be convened, please inform the liquidator of that request, in writing, by 21 April 2014.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 28 April 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
