Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
On 3 April 2014, pursuant to section 283(2) of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidators of SHIVRAM LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation), being Derek Ah Sam and Garry Whimp, resigned as liquidators and Barry White and Michael Fisher, of Auckland, were appointed as replacement liquidators.
The new appointments commenced on 3 April 2014 at 5.50pm.
The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 8 May 2014.
