Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Grant David McQuoid, of New Plymouth, and David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at New Plymouth, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the date and times stated below:

KIWIS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.22am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 1 May 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
