Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 11 March 2014, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that VECTRA FARMS LIMITED be liquidated and that Stephen Stafford-Bush, chartered accountant of McConnell Stafford-Bush & Associates Waiuku, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
