John Fisk and Jeremy Morley, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of BICYCLE LIMITED (in liquidation) by a shareholder's resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 31 March 2014 at 10.30am.
We fix Friday 2 May 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
