Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On 24 March 2014, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that WIMAX DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED be liquidated and that Barry White and Mike Fisher, of Auckland, be appointed liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on 24 March 2014 at 12.30pm.
The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 30 April 2014.
