Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 11 December 2013, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that HERIOT PROPERTIES HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Suzanne Kingsland-White, chartered accountant of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 11 December 2013.
