Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that ULTIMATE CIRCUIT LIMITED was placed into liquidation by special resolution on 19 March 2014 at 11.00am and Deborah Nobilo, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator intends to dispense with a meeting of creditors. Should any creditor object to dispensing with the creditors' meeting, they are required to notify the liquidator within
10 working days of the date of publication of this notice.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator hereby fixes 8 May 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
