Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that it was resolved by special resolutions, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the companies be liquidated and that Gregory Burton Wright and Errol Wayne Bailey, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint and several liquidators on the date and times below:

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Regulation 12(2) of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994
The liquidator hereby fixes 18 April 2014 (being a date not less than 10 working days from the date of this notice), as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
