Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 24 February 2014, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SOFTWARE BUILDERS LIMITED be liquidated and that Antonia Catherine Walker, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 24 February 2014.
