Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of HUNDRED YEARS FOOD LIMITED (in liquidation) by order of the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of
the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 28 April 2014 as the last day on or before which the creditors of the HUNDRED YEARS FOOD LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
