Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 24 February 2014, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that 764 COLOMBO STREET LIMITED be liquidated and that Tania Elizabeth King and Michael Henry Woodward, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed liquidators for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 6 March 2014 at 9.00am.
