Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993
Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountant of Tauranga, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on 7 March 2014 at 10.13am by the High Court at Auckland.
The liquidator fixes Friday 2 May 2014 as the day by which creditors are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
