Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Derek Ah Sam, chartered accountant, and Paul Vlasic, certified practising accountant, were appointed joint and several liquidators of BRISTROL CUSTODIANS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 4 March 2014 at 3.10pm.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of BRISTROL CUSTODIANS LIMITED (in liquidation) fix 18 April 2014 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
