Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Ian Oliver Caddis, solicitor of Wellington, was appointed liquidator of REVOLUTION - CYCLE AND LIFESTYLE HUTT LIMITED (in liquidation) on 4 March 2014 at 4.20pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of REVOLUTION
- CYCLE AND LIFESTYLE HUTT LIMITED (in liquidation) fixes 30 April 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
