Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
The shareholder of the company resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Gordon L. Hansen and John Purvis, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on 4 March 2014 at 10.00am.
Creditors of the company are to file their claims with the liquidators and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, on or before 8 April 2014.
