Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that THE CHILLY COW COMPANY LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 24 February 2014 to be put into liquidation.
Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 24 February 2014 at 11.05am.
