Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 28 February 2014 at 5.00pm, it was decided by the board of directors, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that HMS HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Kenneth Charles Oliver be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
