Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed
joint and several liquidators of L&M MINING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 25 February 2014 at 11.30am.
We fix 15 April 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
