Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of SULABHA PROPERTIES LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholder on 26 February 2014 at 2.40pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 24 March 2014 as the last day on or before which the creditors of SULABHA PROPERTIES LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
