Notice is given that on 27 February 2014 at 9.00am, a special resolution was passed by the trustees stating that the board of the trust be wound up and Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Michael Lamacraft be appointed as liquidators.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 76 of the Trustee Act 1956
Notice is given that the liquidators of TAPASEFIKA HEALTH CHARITABLE TRUST (in liquidation) fix
2 May 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors and beneficiaries of the trust are to make their claims or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
