Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Steven Khov and Damien Grant, insolvency practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of MEN AT WORK PROPERTY SERVICES LIMITED on 9 April 2014 at 11.52am, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidators fix 12 May 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
